Weymoor Bridge

In the 1930's after the Thames and Severn Canal was abandoned Weymoor bridge was demolished. It was considered an unnecessary expense to repair it to allow the increasing large farm vehicles to safely cross.

The demolition provided an interesting distraction for the Howes family.

Cotswold Canals Trust have recently rebuilt the bridge.
